I had the exact same problem if I plugged my phone in to the USB. I took it to the dealer and had them do a firmware update and it hasnt happened since.

So I did this today on my super top ultra. #1. With the top closed and windows removed, remove the 12.5 torx bolts holding the end cap on each side of the track behind the rear doors and remove the caps. #2 Fold the top all the way back, the arms will slide off the track and fall to the back...

I had the same issue, also from Hunter it only happened once.... They left their ODBII tracker plugged in. Im hoping it doesnt happen again, but atleast I know where not to go if it does...
