N Never had this problem again. Not sure if it was just a glitch. I've driven it from Augusta Ga to Miami and back with no issues... Changed oil and rear diff and top off coolant to turbo....been running flawless.

I did that...light is extremely dim....straight wired to battery and light is very bright... i hear the relay clicking, pulled it and reseated it, and all other ones as well..is it possible the relay is bad? Any other ideas?

Did you wire tour lights directly to your AUX switxhes or go thru a switch/relay? I put a 26" bar on my factory steel and it is not putting out the lumens that it should be...it's very dim. Do I need a relay on thr aux switches?

A few weeks ago my "service airbag system" message came on... took it in to the dealership, found broken wires on passenger seat air bag harness. Ridiculous price to repair. Question is...can that wire be spliced back together and the system return to normal or does the harnesses need replacing...

How does this work with letting the soft top down? I have the JLU and there's an indention for the top to sit it... I'm looking for ideas now for mine, and I like what you did.
