As far as I know the freedom panels are fiberglass. You possibly can grab yourself a fiberglass repair kit, sand it, and paint it. Fiberglass isn't really difficult to work with especially on small repairs like that. Heck even large repairs aren't too bad, I've taken chunks out of my surf boards...

My start/stop system failed at around 2k miles on my 2020 JLU sport s. Ended up being a faulty aux battery. That little battery caused so many random issues, once it was replaced everything was and has been normal.

The only modifications done was swapping the tires to A/T of the same diameter as stock.
