Check the continuity of the antenna wire. Mine was shorting out and possibly causing improper location (Dealer comments).

I had my radio replaced, antenna relocated, and (knock on wood) it has been working. The Dealer has no idea what why it happens other than a possible bad air card. FCA won't respond with an answer. Jeeps Cares helped to expedite the delivery of the new radio but has no answers either.

Will this fit an eTorque? If available what is this part number?

Courtney, Jeep Cares was great to work with my dealer, but the dealers are at the mercy of FCA. And FCA does not cooperate.

It took FCA 8 weeks to get the radio to my dealer! Knock on wood -I have had no issues. I have no idea why sooooo many have the exact same issue and FCA doesn't address it promptly. I contacted Jeep Cares early on for this issue. I'm not sure what they can do as they only helped with updates...

Well after 8 weeks, my radio is at the dealer. Install is tomorrow. Hope this goes well 🥴...

cram501: I am not sure if it is the same issue however it is the same result. My 2021 (Sept 2020 pickup) JLUR's GPS has more often than not been off course. Several trips to the dealer were not helping. Finally, the dealer ordered new radio which I am waiting for now. FCA refuses to accept...

Good luck. Same issues with so many Jeep owners. I may be wrong but it appears that the only solution (and I am not sure it works long term) that the dealers can do is replace the radio. Keep us posted....

Awesome. I would do similar but I'm under warranty and until that goes away it's going to be Jeeps problem. I'm just the pain in the ass that will annoy them until it's fixed.

:) I can relate to that. The Jeep Alpine system and the 8.4 radio was about $1800 MSRP. I could have gotten a great aftermarket for that price. I went with the Uconnect for convenience (my bad). This is my 3rd rubicon and I never had any issues with Uconnect on the other 2.
