I believe it does, however I can only speak clearly on 4H auto. I do use off road + while offroading in 4L but with the low gearing I don't think it is as noticeable.
Also, when it 4H auto when coming to a stop engine braking is more noticable.
Do you have 4H auto? If I have it in 4H auto I notice my shift points are higher, shifts are quicker, and throttle response seems to be more responsive. That's on the road.
I have a 110lb boxer, he use to jump in till I added the lift and 35's. He jumped in once after that, hit the bottom of his legs because he wasn't use to the hight difference and won't jump in anymore. Now I just lift his front legs up and then lift his back legs up and in he goes. He will jump...
That's how I do it now, I use to always grind until I stopped moving. For the most part it goes in smooth.
However, last month I was wheeling mostly in 2Hi just having fun on snowy/icy logging roads. A big water/mud hole was coming up, thought I was in 2hi and quickly flipped it down. I was...
It's a 2021 JLUR built around October 2020. I do have aftermarket sensors in. Kicking myself for not transferring over the stock sensors to the new wheels. I'm not sure exactly what sensors the shop put in, but I could get that figured out I'm sure. I do have an appointment with them tomorrow...
Having the exact same problem as the OP. I tried everything that was described in your post but still not registering.
Has anyone been successful following these suggestions?
Was guessing it was a ZHP from your first post. I had an 05 330Ci ZHP that I sold soon after picking up my JLUR. Mine had been parked for several years and was a little easier to let go, but I can't say I wasn't emotional watching It drive away. I have had a few BMW'S, and the latest being an...
I had this happen to me a while back when updating my tazer. I unmarried it and re installed the updated firmware and re married the tazer. My theory was that the update had gotten corrupted somehow. Wish I had more to go on from memory but that is how I fixed the issue.
I can vouch for the Quadratec light bar. I don't have any pics of the light output but it definitely gets the job done.
Only two issues is the light does tend to bleed into the cabben but honestly on the trail and being focused on driving it really doesn't bother me. The other thing is you do...
I have had that same problem but you should be able to get back into 4wd if you restart your jeep and back up to get your front wheels to engage. The need to turn off all the nanny's is not really something you should have to do out on the trail, like you, I figured this out the hard way. If you...
I have a 21 JLUR with the 4Hi auto option. I have the same problem with the front wheels not engaging when traction button held for five seconds. Doesn't matter if I am in 4Hi auto full time or 4low. My axles are stock tho.
I contacted tazer a while back and they couldn't come up with a...
I updated my tazer last week to find I can now turn around in my three car wide driveway in the snow!
Not something I'll use every day but I did run into two instances on the trail last year that this would have come in quite handy. Three point turn wasn't an option.
Awesome, pics? Do you live in a salty climate? I'm in NY, I only run the steel sliders if I know I'll be needing them. They will trap snow salt dirt mud and whatever else you can think of under there so just something to think about.
It's not overly complicated, just a lot of nuts and bolts. I would say two to three hours. The hardest part is getting the pieces out of the solid foam packing. 😂
