AEV jack base installed. Saw a guy stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and it got me thinking what if. So went ahead and ordered a jack base for that what if situation. Hopefully I’ll never need it
It was pretty easy I ran it through the stock wiring loom(inside the nylon sleeve going from tailgate to the cargo area) then from passenger side to driver side through the weather stripping to the always on 12v wiring
Got the Oracle reverse lights installed. Had to remove the spare tire and the rear bumper to install them. Fitment could be a lot better. The passenger side is snug fit and the screw hole was too shallow and snapped the screw off in the Oracle light. The fit is so tight I just left it as is...
JCR lower front skid installed. Probably not functional at all but I can say it’s heavier duty Than the stock piece. More installed it because I really hated the look of the stock piece. Last install of the weekend will be the Oracle reverse lights. Summer Jeep wrenching is upon us...
Finally got around to installing my versatable. Had to run a shorter bolt, which was included, in the spare tire carrier but still a hair too long so I cut it down again. Other Than that smooth install perfect fit

I have 3300 miles on the jeep. i feel like these motors are night and day after some mileage. At first with the 37's i really felt as though it might need the regear. now i can honestly say i don't think it does at all. 4.56 i think would be too much.
i'm really happy with the diesel, if i had to do it again i would without hesitation get the diesel again. That being said i do feel like the diesel runs night and day different once up to temp. i park in the garage so it never gets super cold but i would imagine on a cold winter day id want...
No issues here. No vibrations at highways speeds and mount very securely. If you’re worried about damage to the hardtop you can place self adhesive Velcro to any part that touches the paint which is what I did and I couldn’t be happier
