  1. Ranking Every Generation of the Wrangler

You are not wrong. I have owned and driven all of them in the poll. We sold our 2020 JLR and JLUR during the used car market price frenzy and made out. We bought cars as daily commuters since gas was getting out of hand. When we decided to get a couple Jeeps to play with and not necessarily...
  2. How Can We Help?

Hello Benny are you able to see the build date and time anyway in your system? I have a Jeep that someone took the certification label off of the door so I can’t reference that. Found the oem approved manufacture for the label but they need the date and hour built to make a new label. My...
  3. 2 Door Rubi with X package, 3.6 with E-torque only?

Am I reading the latest spread sheet correctly in that if I order a 2 Door Rubicon with X package but want auto and 3.6, I have to get the E-torque version? It looks like the non X package gives the option of non E torque and auto if I'm seeing it right..
  4. 1st time ordering question

I have always purchased my previous Jeeps new off the lot or even used private party but we are wanting a 2024 and plan to order it how we want it. When using one of the recommended dealers mentioned on here in the spreadsheet is it as simple as just sending them the model we want with a list...
  5. How Screwed Did I Just Get On My First Service Appointment? $4.5k Bill

Ah yes, the good ole wallet flush as I like to call it. On the 2nd oil change in my last JLR at about the 10k or 12k mark I can't remember for sure the milage, the service advisor told me after she pulled my jeep around that she was going to talk to me about doing an injector flush since I was...
  6. How Screwed Did I Just Get On My First Service Appointment? $4.5k Bill

If they screwed you on the oil change and alignment I wouldn’t trust them not to screw you more on the cost of the wires and module. I would at least call back up to them and ask if you can expect to get a complementary reach around if there is a next time you go there.
  7. Jeep does not care!

seems way too long to wait for an oil change. Honestly if your dealers are anything like the 2 in my area I tried, they did you a favor. Only ever used 2 of the free oil changes we got on our Jeeps before realizing how bad they sucked and didn't care. More oil spilled around the engine bay than...
  8. Texas Sold: Jeep JL 3.6 maintenance items

Sold our Jeeps and I have the following maintenance items left over. These will fit JL Wranglers with the 3.6 V6. If you do your own maintenance this is for you. This may also fit the JK’s with the 3.6 engine also. I have references to other forums for feedback. I’ll even chat with you on the...
  9. Official: Jeep Wrangler 392 LAUNCH EDITION Starts at $73,500 Base Price. Build & Price Now Up

Well that disappoints especially when you can count on dealer shenanigans regarding markup. Just another nitch vehicle that will not compete for the masses.
  10. Willy's Sport budget buy. who's ordered one and how low did you go?

Kicking around the idea of getting a spare/toy Wrangler in the form of a Willy's Sport. Priced and built it and the Sport for comparison and it seems to come out to the best value for what you get. Have to have automatic as the wife cant drive standards and I don't really care to anymore...
  11. Not feeling the love..

Are the magnets not a thing anymore? I have placed quite a few decent sized orders recently and I have yet to get the first one. I had a decent sized well rounded stash of them back in 2009 when I had a couple of YJ's but over the years through a couple of natural disasters later and a move I no...
  12. I love my Rubicon - it’s AC, not so much...

ceramic tint here, max legal all around which is pretty much blacked out on the back windows with 70% on the front windshields and the Mopar headliner in both of our Jeeps and they stay much cooler than without when parked outside and they cool down quickly also
  13. Why do JL owners do this?

I don't know how bad someone's home life has to suck to get riled up over what someone you don't know and probably wont ever see again does to their Jeep enough to come on a forum and shit on them over it
  14. Why do JL owners do this?

Seen plenty of other models with wacky stuff like that. I do not get it either but its their Jeep and they have done it in a style that suits them so I suppose all is good. More people buying Jeeps to customize to their liking is more sales for Jeep. Win win for them
  15. How Can We Help?

Hello Benny I placed a large order about 10 days ago and seems nothing has happened with it. Are there delays in general or would my entire order be held up over something that's backordered? my order number is 145024314 Thanks
  16. Sold Jeep to Carvana today

So much fail my head is hurting
  17. Back Window Blowout @ 70mph on Highway.

Not a Jeep but earlier this year the sunroof in my 2019 Accord blew out like that one morning on the way to work. It does seem to happen to tempered glass at times i guess.
  18. Local Wrangler Inventory: 0

Shopped 2 dealers specifically. The first one only had a few gladiators and a couple sport and Sahara trims. It was a smaller dealer and they had mostly trucks it and econoboxes it seemed and doesn't have a great rep locally. The 2nd dealer we went to after speaking to them on the phone was...
  19. diesel 3.0 or wait for V8 392

I'm in this thinking camp. Maybe it will be marketed as some kind of SRT Wrangler or such but I have zero interest in a high horsepower V8 Wrangler, hell I didn't even spring for the 2.0T on ours. I like simple reliability and don't see a use personally for more weight in the front, higher fuel...
