This is dealer #2. They were much better than dealer #1 - but seems have reached the end of their runway without eating the cost themselves.

Mine just got refused. They won't replace the part, and Jeep corporate engineering is saying it's inherent to this design and won't be changed.

Hey, what does the banging sound like? I'm feeling like this might actually be the issue I'm having. Is it rotational, almost like a clicking at speeds or is it a loud bang? Could you describe the sound some more?

Rough country relocator. Seems fine on the hinges although it definitely feels like a lot more weight when swinging the door out. Not sure how it'll hold up. Hopefully OK.

Yeah! The moabs are the ones that come on theWillys right? One shop wouldn't do it for me. The offroad shop was like "people do it all the time" and mounted them for me.

I was able to accomplish this with the Tazer JL, just to close the loop here.

Maybe they are! Had a shop do it when the tires were mounted.
