Located in San Diego, would prefer within a reasonable driving distance but will consider further distances for right setup.
Preferably 392 axles with 4.56/4.88 factory gearing.
Thanks for looking!
Iām looking for a roundabout time to do an axle swap? I do have decent mechanical skill, a friend who used to be an helicopter tech will be helping me and also have access to a lift and power tools.
My only issue is the space Iāll be using is only available for 8 hours a day and you canāt...
Very interested, Iām located in North County as well. Do you have any idea what your shop would charge for install? Also, are brakes included? how many miles on the axles themselves and gears?
So, Iām debating if I want to switch out my rear control arms, or go with the fox shocks and upgrade from the teraflex/VSS shocks .What is your all thoughts between the two for moderate Trail use, with the focus being on better handling both off and on road
Iām currently running the Teraflex 2.5ā lift with the VSS 9550 shocks.
I am doing the āslowā build since I didnāt know what to get when I first got the Jeepā¦.shop said go with this basic kit to start, so I did. Since then, the only major suspension part Iāve added are the Core4x4 lower...
Thank youā¦.thatās exactly the info I needed. Iāll just order the ECRI one to save a little $$. I got the Tazer module practically for free, so Iām not stressing about buying the gateway module.
Iāll skip the Chrysler dongle based on your info.
So what I have is the Tazer JL, not the mini or the lite. This is the one that stays plugged into the OBD port. It is supposed to come with a separate SGW bypass box (which I donāt have), that would be installed under the kick panel.
So essentially, Iām seeing if anyone has used the cable...
I recently acquired the OBD2 box for the Tazer JLā¦.however, I do not have the SGW bypass box/module.
Retail from Zautomotive shows the module for $70.
I was poking around on Amazon and found a SGW bypass cable for $17.
Basically Iām seeing if anyone has used one of these cables with the Tazer...
$100 amp?
If youāre going off of my previous posts, then that amp has gone away. I now have two amps and theyāre definitely more than $100.
Anyways, Iāll take a look at your suggestion! Thanks!
Sorry, donāt think I was super clear of what I wanted.
Im running doors and top off, which leaves the amps exposed under the seats. Really anyone with wire snips and a screw driver could walk off with them.
So, what Iām wanting is just something to make them less visible, and is fairly permanent.
