Anyone have an issue with their Tailgate Retainer. My tailgate wouldn’t shut the other day, and the only way to get it closed was to unbolt that piece from the tailgate. Is this a common issue? Is there any diagram on how to replace this piece?

Dealer checked it out, and made sure the batteries were charged and I haven’t had any problem with it since. I’ve put on 4000 miles in the last 45 days.
