Wow. You're still stuck on D status? Sorry to hear that. I would try calling Jeep's Customer Care line and see if they can escalate your order somehow. I ordered on 10/12 and now finally have an ETA window for this week. My 2019 JLUR was totaled on 8/27, so I've been technically waiting that...

Jeep Chat just gave me this message: "The Jeep is built and in the ship stage with an ETA window of 03/07/2022 - 03/17/2022 to reach the dealer. If you do not hear from the dealer by the 17th, I'd recommend contacting them for further assistance." Does that mean it's been shipped?

I think Loma Linda was the final stop for my buddy's Jeep before it was trucked and delivered to Irvine last month.

Has anyone currently in the "shipping stage" received an ETA date from Jeep Chat or Rob?

Received my sticker last night - hopefully my 4xe is on the next train out to CA.

Ordered 10/12/21. After spending over three weeks in the pending installation of additional equipment stage, Jeep Chat today said it’s now in the shipping stage with no ETA … the waiting game continues.

I don't blame you. It's been a frustrating process. My only options are off-road camera, LED, safety group, advanced safety group, steel bumper group, cold weather group and trailer-tow ... so who knows what's holding it up.

I'm in the same boat... Is there a consensus on what's causing it?
