Would be nice to see those KCs vs her stock high beams. From what I can tell, you only compared them to low beams, so of course I would expect the KCs to throw a farther beam.

That is correct. The LCAs are not under load when the car is on the ground. There might be some slight tension on the bolts just due to some axle twist but it should be very minor.
