I had the recall done a couple weeks ago and they replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throughout bearing, it is so much better than before. The pickup point is lower and feels more positive than before.

I just installed the new unit and no JScan settings work I also tried them all. So I installed the Dual ATC I already owned and that works fine in my 2020 JLU Willys. So I guess I wasted $250 unless I can somehow return it.

Regear it, I regeared my Willys when it was stock to 4:56 and it really woke it up but putting the 35’s on it neutered it a little. If I were to do it again I would go to 4:88 with the 35’s. In my experience most cold air intakes cause you to loose not gain.

Steering was fixed but nothing with it ticking. I will take that small win and fight the ticking battle next time.

My manual JLU does the same, today with Max A/C on I could hear the fan over the engine at 70 MPH. It was 111 today if that matters.

What about using a Cricut to cut vinyl? I don’t really know how to use it but maybe my daughter can figure it out.

I had similar issues with the Auto Climate stack while using heat, it seemed fine in the summer when it was hot A/C worked fine. After it cooled off and I used the heat it was either too hot or too cold. I bought the extra temperature sensors but could not find where they should have been installed.

You have to flash it back to single manual control, I was able to go back to the original Manual control but had to use JSCan to set it back to Single MTC.

I had my 2020 Willys JLU re-geared to 4.56 and it is much better. I have torque when I need it and I can finally use 5th and 6th gear. I plan on going to 35’s after my lift is installed I hope I don’t loose my new found drivability.

I disconnected the ground wires for both batteries, then made sure to use 6th gear on the way home and my issue is fixed now. No more ESS light, also my backup camera and reverse lights work again.
