The tail pipe where it mates to the muffler section. If I remember correctly, the muffler section is the one that has to be trimmed since it slides into the tailpipe.
I have this same kit and had to shorten the pipe to get it to sit properly on the hangers. I thought it was because I added the afe y-pipe at the same time. Once trimmed, I haven't had any issues
Highway speeds, yes. Normal in town driving I did not notice any difference. It did add a velcro noise as well as the top opens and closes but its very minor and not a big deal.
The cold hasn't been an issue. The heat in the summer was. I purchased the Hothead headliner for the sky one-touch and it was a drastic improvement on temp and noise.

Does this allow tire size adjustment or is it just the tuner? I looked on the website and it doesn't say anything. i have the same truck you had it on so I am interested.
Thanks!
As the title says, Borla Climber S-Type Cat Back Exhaust for 3.6 4 Door. Part # 140829 from Borla. Bought this from another member here. Installed it on my Jeep and the wife was not thrilled with the extra noise. Removed after two weeks once the touring version arrived. I thought it sounded...
We have had our Sky One Touch for a year now. Top open, windows up or down, we haven't noticed any buffeting. I did add the Spiderweb Shade and that definitely made having the top open more enjoyable on the hot sunny days during the summer.
