Been out of town but plan to try to get back to this in the next week. Until it is resolved it will drive me nuts. 😂

All four springs are installed with factory boots with the little rubber peg in the hole of the spring perch, exactly like the factory springs. We have triple checked that too to ensure the rubber pegs are seated through the holes in the perches and the springs are clocked against the correct stops.

Another good idea to check as I dont know the answer to this. If clocking a certain direction was necessary I would hope that would be in install instructions but I have seen things left out before!

Yep, gas model, all stock except 35" duratracs and AEV borah wheels, and the suspension upgrades and steel bumpers.

Thank you guys, I appreciate that! I will get with my shop to work on this- before we return the springs we will check measurements per spec to see if that can rule anything out. We have tried literally everything else we know to do so this is the last idea we have to try. We will see...

Clayton did give me a bunch of stuff to try, and we followed every one of those things precisely, but to no avail. Checking springs vs. measurement specs was NOT something we did yet, and clearly is the next step I think, thanks to the forum for pointing that out (I took Clayton at their word...

Keep in mind, this is likely due to faulty springs... I bought the springs and brought them in to the shop to install. I don't think I can lay it at their feet to fix when the installed all the parts properly, although I do think they will help out quite a bit on labor to either replace the...

No, I am already out $200 for them to basically reinstall all springs and re-torque the entire suspension after "cycling" the suspension to double check that that was not the issue. Of course it wasn't, and ride height was almost exactly the same after the shop repeated that entire process. I...

I will pull the springs and check. Sucks to have to do it but it is what it is. Keep in mind my original post- measurements are off by around 7/8” ride height side to side guys, not 6”. 😂 the picture accentuates that lean a bit for some reason.

Yes, also checked index, even checked to ensure the tiny rubber peg is through the hole in spring pocket.
  12. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

I appreciate that but isnt that what the quality control process is for at the manufacturer? My shop did not take the time to pull up drawings and specs online and independently verify the springs are what they are marked to be… nor should they from my perspective. But I guess that is my bad...

Tried disconnecting shocks to no avail. And… I wish we were closer too, could always use more jeep friends near me!!!
  14. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

One would think, but I have confirmed (and the professional shop I took it to has as well) the part numbers and locations multiple times. So- unless they misprinted the part number on the spring, and Clayton says they never have a manufacturing defect, that is not it. Will throw up some pics in...
  15. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

The predicament I am in now is, do I want to take the time to pull all the springs, ship them back, buy a new set, hope for shipping reimbursement (quoted $150 on shipping, nearly half the price of the springs), with the hope it is fixed? Or… buy spacers for passenger side and throw those in...

Be careful what you wish for. Make sure you are sitting down for this.
  17. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

Not sure on the sitting in driver seat question, but will check as well! Good idea. Does it typically take that long for things to settle? 6 months will drive me insane with this lean…
  18. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

I did keep the pads and reused them per Claytons recommendation. I did not compare spring lengths uncompressed, did not figure I needed to measure them prior to install when I confirmed part numbers. I may or may not do that because at this point, the labor to pull them off and measure, then...
  19. Major Jeep lean even after Clayton leveling springs...

Well, good question... let me check the part numbers for the 7th time... :CWL: In all seriousness, it has made me think the shop got the pass spring on driver, and driver spring on pass side, but we have literally checked this 5 times and confirmed with Clayton, so that is not it. Also Clayton...
