VIN-number represents Production Year, so if you have VIN - it is already points to 2020 year in anyway.

Where from you find that saving? Could you provide a particular example of "saving"? PS: Every time I build and compare identical configurations, "prepared package" has a a bit bigger price than just adding the same identical options to a base model.
