  1. Audio system issue - cutting in and out

After the dealership reprogrammed the radio, replaced the radio, replaced the wire harness, and replaced the satellite antennae, the problem with the radio cutting out continued. I then researched the antennae myself and noticed it was under the Mopar factory roof rack. I moved the rack back 2...
  2. Xm radio cuts in and out. 2018 jl. Any thoughts?

After replacing the satellite antennae, radio, and harness all under warranty, the issue continued to cut out. I then looked up where the antennae is located and saw that it was directly under my Mopar roof rack. I moved the rack back 2 inches and now the issue has disappeared. Interesting that...
  3. Warranty Repairs

Both batteries replaced, harness replaced, system reprogrammed, roof rack replaced due to damage by dealership, radio on order. All under warranty during the first 10 months.
  4. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

In addition to the original issue, my radio now cuts in and out. Hoping they call it a lemon and give me a replacement vehicle at this point.
  5. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Just got my Jeep back after 2 weeks and guess what? I drove it out the dealership, stopped and once again its in "Battery Protection Mode." Thats 7 times in the dealership and over 40 days in the shop in the last 2 months. Wondering what's next...
  6. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

The only issue is this may be a sign of worse issue to come if not fixed. Such as stopping and never starting back up.
  7. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Update, its been two weeks since I last saw my Jeep Rubicon. Its been in the dealership during this time. Chrysler has given up providing updates and the dealership still can't figure out the issue despite being in direct contact with corporate engineers. Still under warranty, wondering if we...
  8. Warranty Repairs

Update, Jeep Rubicon is still at the dealership and no one has any idea why the ESS is not working correctly. Six separate times and over 30 days in the shop is well past the AZ Lemon law threshold. All I want is my Jeep back...
  9. Warranty Repairs

My Jeep has been in the shop 6 times for the Battery Protection mode issue. Corporate just says they are sorry and will provide an update. I called an attorney and found out that we all have an option to resolve the issue if it isn't repaired in a reasonable amount of time based on your state's...
  10. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Since the Arizona Lemon law goes into effect if the vehicle has been in the shop 4 times for the same issue or in the shop for 30 days, I am considering an attorney to handle the problem moving forward. Will see if we can come to a resolution. All I want is my Jeep working correctly. Corporate...
  11. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

My only concern is that it is tied to something else leading to bigger issues when the warranty is up.
  12. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

After 6 visits and 3 weeks in the shop this round, start stop is still not working and looks like they didn’t figure out the issue. Will need to now seek legal advice regarding lemon laws because this is definitely not getting resolved. Corporate just calls every day and says their sorry, they...
  13. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Day 1 of week 3 and the only update is that the dealership is planning to replace the entire battery pack. They claim they are having a delay in getting the parts since this appears to be a big issue and there are a lot of requests. I think Jeep should make ever effort to expedite this...
  14. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Day 3 of week 2 and no response except I received the voicemail from corporate stating that they had sent an email to the dealership and have not yet received an answer. Telling me that they have not heard any updates is frustrating. I have had the Jeep in 6 times in 6 weeks. This last time we...
  15. Start stop not ready question

Not likely. I have had my Jeep at the dealer 6 times in 6 weeks for the same issue without the modifications. Right now it has been there for its second week with no answers. Obviously, Jeep has a very big issue and does not know how to resolve it.
  16. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Day 2 of week 2 and still no answers regarding the ESS issue. Response from corporate is they sent the dealership an email and have no updates. Dealership has gone radio silent. I am wondering if the Jeep will ever come back. I really do think at the very least I should have a loaner car.
  17. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

Day 1 of week 2 and they still haven’t identified the issue. At this point I think I deserve a loaner car.
  18. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

All I know is they are taking apart the entire electrical system per corporate. Will let everyone know what they figure out. Obviously it’s an issue that happens a lot and corporate has no answer.
  19. Stop/Start Not Ready-Battery Charging

I gave us a good try this week. The issue did not fix itself just as I was told after a new battery, software update, and new sensor. I am hoping to not get the same message the next time I pick the car up. Planning to drop the car off Sunday night for the 6th time in 6 weeks. Hoping to get...
