    I had the 6 cylinder 2019 manual trans. I say had because other electrical paint and clutch issues left me frustrated I now own a Toyota.

    Yes I taped it but its not required also you do need to bend terminal connector for a good flush fit good luck.

    Keep in mind those AUX batteries are a 24 month battery not a fun job for every 2 years if you even see that out of them mine lasted 10 months.
