    Unable to complete installation of Smittybilt XRC Gen 3 winch on my 2019 JLUR using RockHard 4x4 Patriot Steel Front Bumper Winch Plate. The rear tie bar hits the grill when the bumper is still 3/16" to 1/4" from being seated.
