Curious how this happens, as you are supposed to take the driver side tail light out first and disconnect the fuel hose from the plastic surround from the inside. When you do the plastic surround comes right out. How is the metal being dented?
You're probably fine. First off, its really only the front body mount bolts that are tough to break loose without shearing the bolt. The middle and rear bolt on both side typically dont have that problem. Your picture indicates you are already past the hard part. You just need to apply...
From someone who had a 2014 JK with halogens and upgraded to aftermarket (JW Speaker) LED headlights that made a world of difference. And then absolutely without hesitation checked the box for the LED headlight group when ordering my 2020 JL, yes - they are worth it.
My only gripe really is...
Can also confirm that a Sport S would not come with backup sensors unless you added the safety group that optioned LED tail lights and rear bumper with sensors. I specifically did not add this option because I knew I would eventually swap an aftermarket bumper and didnt want to mess with sensor...
I have run the stealth plate bracket for the past 2 years in MD and drive onto an Army base weekly where the cops are super strict on license plates and have never had an issue.
I've been driving on 35's for 3 years with the stock 3.45 ratio and its been fine. Doesn't go into 8th gear very often anymore on the highway but it hasnt bothered me enough to make a regear job priority over other mods.
I suspect my experience would be different if I had the 6spd manual. The...
Yes, all the time. Had the same issue on my 2014 too. I believe its because the water channel by design cant extend past the hard top or else it would probably snap off. I just keep my windows up until ive been driving for a couple minutes and let all the water fall out of the hardtop...
I'll play.

I had my eye on that one for months but its been on national backorder everywhere. Finally gave up on it and went with the Grimm Offroad version. It looks almost identical (slightly less wide) and the Grimm product is actually thicker tubing. You can see it in my post on this thread.
I was a busy beaver this past weekend.
-Upgraded my plastic front bumper to the Rubicon Steel bumper group front bumper w/ skid plate.
-Added Maximus-3 Stealth front license plate mount.
-Grimm Offroad mid height bull bar.
-Upgraded plastic rear bumper to Body Armor 4x4 rear steel bumper...
Your front axle will be off center slightly after changing the suspension geometry from the AEV lift. Maybe by 3/4 inch or so. I have the AEV lift and installed a Steer Smarts Yeti front track bar to correct it back to center.
You're right, its probably 6th gear at that speed. Most of the time it shifts into 7th when im pushing 80+ mph. Either way, no reason to regear in my experience.
I run 315/70/17 Nitto Trail Grapplers on my Sport which is technically only a 34.6in tire but lets round up to 35in. I can confirm that 8th gear is a rare occurrence on the highway, usually only happens if you are coasting down a hill at a good speed. 7th is typically the highest I see which...
