I know this is a long shot, but can anyone tell anything from these photos? Dealer says there is a "3 to 4 inch lift" on this 2020 JLUR. I haven't made the trip to look at it yet (an hour away).

I'm pretty new to all this offset / backspace stuff, but if a 0 offset is center line that would make backspace 4". Then adding in .47" for the +12mm offset, would give 4.47". But the converter gives your value of 4.97" with 4.5" backspace for a 0 offset on an 8" wheel. Kinda confused.
