After giving up on the dealer where we purchased the Jeep new, I went to another dealer. They replaced the camera and wiring harness in October 2020. Thus far, no problems.

My JLU Sahara is in the shop now. Service Manager is firm that my 2018 JLU does not have an auxiliary battery. Do some JLUs not have a second battery? Stop/Start rarely works, even after driving 45 minutes to dealer it says the battery is still charging

Thanks. When they replaced the radio last Monday they said it has the latest update. Is a 'radio flash' something different than an update? This our first Jeep so we are still learning the terms used.

I should have added. Taking back to dealer on Monday, but frustrated to be taking back with little confidence it will be fixed.

How often should the oil be changed on a 2018 JLU 3.6l? The dealer suggests changing the oil every 3,000 miles....which pretty frequent.

I reformatted the USB and copied the files to the flash drive. Once inserted into media 1, it came up quickly and showed me that my jeep was already on the latest version. But, the navigation system still thinks our jeep is 600 miles from where I am. Off to the dealer when we get back home...
