I'm in the same boat as you, did you ever decide what color you were going for? I am thinking matte black inside, and normal black for outline. I actually ordered the brown leather almost specifically because I disliked that rustic red dash so much.

Looks good!! I saw a video where you can use a screwdriver to adjust the headlights to aim a bit lower. If you open the hood there is a yellow adjustment bit behind the lights, hopefully this helps.
