Same situation... I did remove them but they are still in my garage. It appears on mine that the brackets that attach to the body mounts closest to the front axel (On both sides) was hitting the body near the mounts. I think if I grind those down the noises will be gone. Actually bought the ATP...

Hey Joe - Thanks for the info! I removed mine this weekend and the creaking noise is gone. It appears that the front body mounts rub on the tub on both sides. I could grind them down but probably will replace them

Mine were hitting the front body mounts so I removed them today (No more creaks). Guess I could grind them to fit but gonna look at other options. Thanks for the info
