I’m on the Jeep website configuring a Rubicon. I’m comparing the Uconnect options. It appears the nav, like I have in my 2021 is no longer available. I the nav offering says it is supplied by TomTom which requires a subscription and cellular service. Is the cellular only for the traffic portion...
I’m considering the X with the 3.6 automatic. I currently have a 2021 JLU Rubicon Ecodiesel with 60,000 miles. The X has a few features I’d like to have, but I’m afraid I’ll be disappointed with the performance compared to the diesel. I had a 2019 JLU Rubicon and went to the diesel for better...
I have an ecodiesel Rubicon and find that the K02s are great in snow, ice , and off-road. I’ve also had them on duramax chev 3/4 ton 4x4 and they were great there too
. I have no reason to try anything else.
The new Rubicon X is supposed to be quieter than previous models. For those of you with the new X, how does it compare with the JLU you previously had? I’m most curious about the wind and road noise at highway speeds. Thanks
The service shifter could be from a wire harness touching the exhaust and some shorting occurring over time. I recall that being discussed a year or two ago.

I’m considering the Rubicon X as well. I currently have the 2021 Rubicon Ecodiesel, which is great. I had a 2018 Rubicon with the 3.6 with the automatic. I felt it was a little underpowered with the standard tires and 4.10 axles.
The Rubicon X would come with the 4.56 axles and larger 310...
I’m getting ready to order a 2024 Rubicon X and wanted a better understanding on a few things. I went to the Jeep website and found that the 2024 owners manual is available. It answered my questions fine.
I’m getting ready to order either the rubicon or the rubicon X. I want the 3:6 and really want the 35’s with the 4.58 axle ratio (like the current 35 extreme). The regular rubicon comes with the 4.10s and standard size tires. Do the 35’s reduce the power or do the 4.58s completely offset the...
