I've had 5 it seems; let's see...
- '07 2dr JK Sahara in whatever flavor of army green that year had
- Then 2 more that I seem to have just bought to flip, as I don't remember having either of them for more than a hot minute - one forest green, one black
- '19 JLUSS Mojito, soft top - which...
Throwing this thread up before I forget, but I will add a photo ASAP as the rules require. Need to move the 5 original wheels from my 18 JLU Sport S as my garage is running stupidly low on space. They've got the tires and stems on them but not the TPMS sensors.
Not sure what they're worth so...
Just picked up a CPO JL because I missed Trogdor - so I bought his older brother, an '18 Mojito this time instead of a '19.
Had one instance of DW on the first day, and another a couple days later. Both between 65 and 70 on the highway, both after hitting rough spots. Everything stock and...
The splined lugs from QT ended up working out just fine. I don't have my Jeep anymore but am *this close* to buying another because I miss it, and I would likely buy the same wheels over again.
I agree with a few things in this thread! Wishing mine had...
- Rain gutter redirect away from pant leg
- AC and heat that have just a dial from hot to cold rather than a temp picker. Setting a temperature in this thing is a guessing game at best (and flat out sends the wrong temp air out at...
Same, even after I unmarried the Tazer and sold it (because I am going back down in tire size). Autostop is not doing its thing at all, and with the traffic and lights around here I do like it (statistics be damned).
Unmarried and removed today - I literally only ever used one feature and moving back down to smaller tires will negate that need for me.
$250 shipped in the CONUS seems to be the going rate, can add or send a photo if you like - I also printed out the user guide to include, but looks like one...
no idea if they are but every time I have tried anything even remotely LIKE this it's come out off center, crooked, creased, bubbled or mutilated in some way. Building stuff? Fine. Applying stickers to stuff? 14 thumbs.
I don't trust myself to put on my hood decals without screwing up, and the place that did the stripes on my Challenger hasn't got back to me in a very long time, so anybody get stickers put on in this area by a place that knows how to line them up appropriately (hood sides) etc?
Thanks!!
I had something similar happen to my own Mojito a few weeks before I moved out of my apartment, but on mine they completely cut the tinted plastic out of one of the rear side windows to get access. Ah well, nothing of value taken and the replacement window was only about 180 bucks, right...
Actually, I didn't order from the website or catalog, I just ended up calling them on the phone, telling them which wheels, and trusting them to pick a set for me.
Quickie update - I aired down to what turned out to be 32 PSI (local gas station's gauge on the air pump is inexact) and it's a much more comfortable ride, at least! Still lost some of its pep so I might still change out the setup some, but the crashy feeling is gone =0) Thanks!
So as I showed in a couple threads, I was very happy to find these cool black MT Classics on 285/70/17 Rubicon-sized tires and snatched them up. I love the way they look on the JLU. But I do 90% highway driving - north to DC for work, south to Quantico to visit my girl, etc - and I've just...
I have one friend who doesn't seem to care for it, and unbeknownst to me I was the *second* person to buy a Mojito JL in our extended friend circle - so now that guy has TWO jeeps to mildly disdain, while we have some shiny limey good times. Heh.
Thanks man! I couldn’t resist these wheels and tires for under $1K slightly used locally - but I’m still coming back to you guys when I want NEW new shoes =0)
EDIT I got tired of trying to figure out the last bit, and was going to trim them and put the back parts back on anyway, so I said F it, and cut them while still installed. Took a little finagling and broke one utility blade, but it's done. The ugly edge I will attend to later with my Dremel.
