Check out leatherseats.com. You can get heated and ventilated seats with their covers. I did their console cover myself and it was a breeze. I will do the leather from them someday.

At elevation it is nice.. I like the crawl speed for sure. At 7,000 feet first gear is useless with the stock tires haha…. I am probably going with 37s also.

I finally picked mine up 119 days after ordering. Here is my timeline: Options: Manual, hard top, cloth seats, tow package, LED, 4.88.

That’s good news… I ended up cancelling my 2022 order in favor of a 2023. Hopefully it will have a GPEC2A… if it ever comes in haha

@Livernois Motorsports Any idea when you guys might have a solution for the GPEC5 ECU?

So I placed my order first week of April and it has displayed as ‘Ordered’ ever since the website came up. Last night (06 June) it updated and I finally got a date in the ‘Scheduled’ field… 02 June. Wow. Just wow.

I ordered a Rubi with 4.88s back in early April. Fingers crossed it will be built… and that my order is among the fortunate few that are built sometime soon haha…

Yeah.. I read on Magnuson’s page the other day that they went to the GPEC5 ECU mid-2021 model year due to shortages of the previous GPEC2A… I am thinking that when (hopefully not ‘if’) the new ECU is cracked, Livernois will probably use the same programming unit.

Same question here… I am selling my 2018 and getting a 2022. I would like to deal with Livernois again, but it would be nice if I didn’t have to spend so much. Maybe it’s time to really spend some greenback and go for that supercharger… again haha

This. I agree with the original poster that 1st is too low in the manual for street driving. I am hoping 4.88 with 35’s will allow me to skip 1st most of the time, and make 5th (and probably 6th) more important. There is a rarely a situation where 5th seems appropriate to gain or maintain speed.

I agree that 5th gear is about useless in my two door Rubi. I find myself skipping to 6th on the regular. I just ordered a new Jeep (4-door this time) with 4.88 gears and I plan to put 35’s on almost immediately. I will be driving at elevation regularly and will sometimes pull a trailer. I...

2004 TJ I bought in 2006. A lot of memories in that Jeep! 2014 Rubicon, bought it new in 2014. 2017 Rubi unlimited. Had too many kid seats for a two door. 2018 Rubi I bought in 2019 and shipped over seas. I thought it would be cool to stomp all over Europe in a Jeep like my forefathers...

Another 6MT rubi here. I have driven it daily since summer 2019. Before that? Another 6MT rubi. Before that? You guessed it.. haha

Would you take some pictures of where it attaches? Wondering if it will work with the teraflex spare tire carrier and 37’s. The Garvin website doesn’t say or have any other pictures.
