there’s lots of jeep owners that never even engage the 4wd system. Those are the owners that never have an issue be used they never use it to find out.
Yeah they told me the same thing back in December but I emailed them this forum along with many other forum complaints. They couldn’t deny it at that point
The first one, I’m unsure. I didn’t get a convincing answer from the mechanic. The second one, yes it was LSD. I have the LSD This time again so only time will tell
It it obvious it’s an engineering issue. I have owned every type of 4wd systems and never had one part fail till this JL which I’m now on my third rear end replacement in under 22k miles.
I would go to another jeep dealership. That really sucks man. I would not have been that cool about it. I would demand they take the diff cover off and show me the inside.

Have you thought about what may happen if it breaks while your doing 70mph? Not really a safe option for me. Don’t want to chance killing someone or my daughter and myself.
