It was changed twice by the dealer. n never mentioned anything about coolant in the oil. Are they supposed to do a UOA with every oil change?

The dealership just told me that FCA is replacing the whole engine. This is a first for me. I’m thinking this is a good thing unless anyone can enlighten me on something I’m not seeing or realizing.

Thanks for all the replies. I contacted Jeep cust serv to see if there’s anything they can do since they’re essentially damaged out the box. The creases are pretty prominent.

Hi everyone, I got a 2020 Jl with dual top and just got around to installing the soft top. Unfortunately, the windows (side and back) came out the box with creases/wrinkles. Does anyone have a fix for this? Blow dryer? Warranty? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Art
