I have the chance to pick up a TopLift Pro locally and was wondering if I broke down the TopLift Pro into 2 pieces (top section and bottom section), would it fit in the back of a 2-door JL with the back seat removed? Anyone try this before?

Fit and finish is great. I installed them for the same reason, wanted to save my doors from getting rocks, salt, etc. thrown up on them from the tires.

Surprisingly, northern Ohio hasn't had any freezing temps since I've installed them, which has only been a few weeks since that time. I'll get a better idea this upcoming weekend/week, as we're supposed to get a drop in temps.
