I replaced the front axle shafts with chromoly ones and they have the one piece on the passenger side. So now the front driveline spins all the time. I also replace the rear shafts with Revolution Chromoly shafts. I thought the front 1 pc shaft might induce a vibration as I have heard others...
I still have the vibration. It went away after I installed the 39" tires. Then I regeard to 5.13 gears and now it is back at the exact same speed. I have not replaced the rear driveline but I assume it has something to do with it.

2.5” Currie RockJock Lift, Fox Shocks RockJock Front and Rear Track Bars, rear has Synergy Relocation bracket, front has SteerSmarts bracket with steering box bearing support
Axles have Spicer 5.13 Gears with Carbon Off-road Chromoly front shafts, rear has...
I have not upgraded the steering yet. I do see it in my future though. I am going to start with the Apex, then drill and tap the box and install a ram and see how that goes.
We had a 25mph impact with the front of another jeep JL. The Warn bumper didn't seem to do much. Both air bags blew as well as the seat belts. Come to find out the frame is diamond'd. The body shop has a frame on order. The guy at the body shop says the frames on the new jeeps are not what...
I'm running them. 2.5" Currie lift. No fender trimming. The only slightly rub the inner plastic liner in the front. The rear I had to remove the small plastic lower rear plastic fender/bumper piece.
I installed the Warn Elite stubby bumper. It was a little bit of work to get it on. You have to do a little grinding and first go round I didn't remove enough material. Overall I can't imagine its a lot different install than other brands.
Look at BFG KM3 39x13.5x17. They are 37 1/4" tall, drive nice and look badass. Stock steering and have no problem steering this tire. I have done a a bit of crawling through some rocks and so far so good. I see the Apex kit, drilling and tapping the stock box, adding hydro assist in my future.
I got a set of the Mopar 2" lift shocks for free. I have a Currie 2.5" lift. I am blown away how good these shocks ride. The only problem is the shocks are a little short for my lift. They top out. I am going to get some synergy shock extensions for now. The plan is to later get the Fox...
Installed my Currie 2.5" Lift with Synergy Front Track bar brace and Synergy Rear Axle track bar relocation bracket. Shocks are Fox Mopar shocks I got from a friend. Tires are 39" BFG KM3, Wheels are Method 101 Beadlocks, 4.5" backspacing. For some reason the rear is taller even with a 1/2"...
Our 2020 JLU just started missing at initial startup in the morning. No codes and no check engine lights. Gonna need to make an appointment to have it checked out.
The Method 101's do come with center caps so I made an adapter block to center the cap, then I transfer punched, drilled and tap for the 6mm bolts that come with the caps.
