I agree that there should be uniformity in how dealers respond to the service bulletin. Moreover, the Service Bulletin is clear about the procedure dealers are supposed to follow. Dealers are supposed to use "Scan Tool (wiTECH)" to verify that "all related systems are functioning as designed."...
