    Open a case with JeepCares. They will help you communicate with the dealership & expedite parts ordered. I had the same noise that was rear axil gears & shafts. Get ready for a wait on parts tho. Mine took almost 4 weeks. Good luck.

    Depending on the fuel that I get at Costco most of the time, I get between 22 & 24mpg. I have a light foot & running 265x70 r17 ko2 with no lift and mixed driving. I'm good with that.

    Mine cracked at almost 2 weeks. Replaced with aftermarket. Will see if that does any better.

    I have a 2018 jl sport with the same rotational thumping at low speeds. They said they could not duplicate the noise. I will be seeing a dealer again tomorrow and have already sent a pm to @JeepCares. Wanted to get another incident logged on the thread. Thx
