Appreciate the update. I bled mine again after reading through this last week. I tried hard stops and felt mild ABS feedback, so probably as good as they’re going to get. After watching that Northridge video of the Jeep stopping, I would say it’s comparable.
I installed the Delta brakes about 300 miles ago and mine are the same as what you describe. I bled them multiple times, including ABS. They are substantially better than the stock sport brakes, but not omfg I need a tissue better. I have not tried to lock up tires, but they stop ok. I’m on 37”...
Thanks all. I removed the wire from the harness, but finding a replacement connector Pin looks impossible. Guy on eBay custom makes harnesses for $35, so I bought one. We shall see how it works.

I had rubbing on the lower control arms, but only at full lock. If you’re not changing those you may be fine. I’d suggest calling Clayton and asking. With factory wheels they probably can give a definitive answer and they actually pick up the phone!
I have this lift and highly recommend. If there is rubbing it will be on the control arms at full turn. The control arms are bigger and therefore closer to the wheel causing rubbing. I installed this on a sport with narrower axles and had rubbing with 33” tires So your 35s may also rub on...
This forum is a wealth of knowledge so hoping for some advice. I currently have an a JLU Sport with ARB air locker on my rear m220 axle with 4.88 gears. In the front I have a trussed m186 open diff. Running 35” tires and they’re new so it’ll be a few years before I need to potentially go bigger...
Similar to you I added lightweight 34.5” ko2s. I ran it with 3.45 gears for a couple months and it was “meh”. Around town it was ok but highway speed couldn’t see or hold 8th at all and was just sluggish overall. I ended up rehearing to 4.88 and it is so much better. I was nervous 4.88 would be...
This is the premium version with tinted windows. Came off my 2019 and was on 50% of time and lived in garage. Great condition. No tears or anything like that. Obviously side windows are not perfect but no deep scratches, just normal use. Has all hardware to install (not shown in pic). Will help...
Update: I figured out the shop that did the re-gear never programmed my jeep for the new axle ratio (3.45 to 4.88). So I updated it with my jscan, cleared the codes and so far so good. Mindful that I only drove a few hundred yards in 4low, no light….yet. 🤞
Thanks to everyone for the help and ideas!
I recently had my 2019 Jeep Sport re-geared to 4.88 with an ARB air locker in the rear. Today was my first off-road trip after break in. When I got to the trail head I put my Jeep in 4lo and the “Serv 4wd” light came on. WTF! Even though I drove 1.5 hours to wheel I turned around and left since...
