Hi all, I've searched a lot and can only find info on highway speed vibration issues. We have a terrible vibration that starts about 6mph gets worst at around 9-10mph and disappears around 15mph. 2020 JL 2dr rubicon with 3.5 terraflex st3 lift. We have geo correction brackets on front. 37 bfg...
Just added a request to enable the older dual dimmer style switch in the new 2023 MY that come with a single. I don't like the lights at my feet but I do like my dash lights. I don't want to just unplug the light module under the dash as you would also loose the brighter entry light. The wires...
For 2023 owners that are frustrated with the loss of separate control on the footwell ambient lights like I am, I tried to fit the older style 2 dimmer switch and while it works for everything else, the ambient lights are still tied to one dimmer. The wiring at the connector is the same as my...
I run 17x8.5 methods with 4.75 BS and a rustys tire carrier to handle the 37s. I can see the lip of the wheel a bit buts it's not really a big deal. The camera mounts in the Rustys carier very much the same as the stock carrier.
Seems. 2018-21 all jeeps had both wheels whether they had the ambient lights or not. Now you get ambient lights and no way to shut them off on the trims that come with them. I'd rather they just took the lights out too. I don't need light at my floor unless maybe I drop a contact lens or something.
I'm not happy about this on my 23. I like the option of the lights at the floor but find it distracting when I'm driving. Now you have to dim all the dash lights to make the floor lights go out. I'm wondering if an older switch would be plug and play. Maybe trade someone with an older sport that...
3.5 lift is a bit overkill for 35 inch tires on a rubicon imo. I clear 37s no problem with the same lift you mention. (I have bfgoosrich km3s so they are smaller 37s but) The larger fenders on rubicons allow 35s without a lift for street driving and mild wheeling. I'd think a 2.5 lift would be...
If all you want different is the gear ratio, I'd check into a regear cost vs 2023 model year being more expensive. I ordered a 23 in early June and the dealer said ill be lucky to have it by the end of the year. Could be a long wait....
Cartridge filter up top. 24mm socket takes the cap right off. Change the filter and o ring. Oil change is easy. Don't even need a jack. Haven't got enough miles to need to do anything rlse on mine yet.
