Update. Finally figured out how to disconnect BOTH batteries. Computer reset itself and cleared all codes. All is working!

Batteries weren’t low when it initially happened, but are low now, due to not being able to turn the vehicle off. Did not have good customer service with the first dealer. The second closest dealer is being more helpful.
