Dealer said that they have never had to do this before on a new Jeep... really who says that to a customer

I got confirmation today also that it’s the rear main seal leaking and wasn’t in stock so now I have to wait for one to show up

I’m not sure just very disheartening since it’s only a few months old and have had several problem already

I have no idea I was hoping someone could tell me what it is....

So I have had my Jeep Wrangler for 3 months and have had it into dealer 4 times. First time was for bad starter with 1600 miles on it and now I have a oil leak and there telling me I need to leave it a dealer so they can tear it apart with 3800 miles I shouldn’t be having these issues... anyone...

So just finally heard back from the dealer and they determined that it’s a bad starter on the jeep. How can a starter go bad at 1900 miles could there be something else wrong

So I just heard back from the dealer and they told me they still need more time to figure out what is wrong with it.. there master technician can’t figure out why it won’t start. I would think you could plug the computer in and it would give you error codes isn’t that how it works?

I checked all batteries even tried jumping it when tow truck showed up battery was good... not sure could it have anything to do with the ess ??

It’s been at the dealer since Friday they still haven’t looked at it. Very upset !!!
