Ah! That sounds perfect. Given the length of that base, did you just thread it directly on the factory studs without a coupler?

Can you share a bit more about how the ball affixes to the Jeep? It's not clear from the video or photos how exactly the ball is mounted solidly to the Jeep. Especially if there is a plastic panel in between. In the video above, it looks like there are 2, red painted studs above that panel. Are...

aww man, that's a bummer. everyone seems to love bushwacker, but the first set of flares they released for the JL have the ugliest little triangle marker lights. they don't fit the JL's styling at all. i was hoping that bushwacker would fix those marker lights or release some better looking...
