Well, ironically, I finally heard back this afternoon. Essentially, instead of trying to fix the issue, the āfeatureā has been discontinued. So, it will not be supported anymore. What total B.S., because the favorites feature worked absolutely fine, before one of the updates about 2 years ago.
This whole thing is such a joke! My ācase managerā Who Iāve been dealing with for going on two years now, has all but stopped responding to my emails and calls. I called on Friday the 29th, and talked to customer service who PROMISED me, my case manager would call me Monday the 1st.

So, Iāve been dealing with this for over a year now. I had to all but convince the dealer to do more. Service manager opened some type of high level ācaseā with Chrysler (who I guess oversees these cases). Iām āTOLDā that 1st quarter of this year there will be a software fix for this.
Update......the update that FCA first sent was corrupt. New radio wasnāt an option as the radio would be delivered with same software package that mine has now. They (FCA) finally reached out to a 3rd party who sent another software update which they installed last week. So far everything...
Yeah.....they had it two days in a row for 6 hours each day. My Uconnect system wouldnāt take the update. So now theyāve started the process of ordering a new Uconnect system.
UPDATE.....the dealer is doing an update next week that will take about 4 hours. I got an email from FCA that had an update version/number. Oddly the dealer had no clue about this. Iāll update once I know the update worked.
