I'm in exactly the same situation with a 2021 loaded 2-Door Rubicon. I also have approximately $6,500.00 in equity but the price of the 2024 Rubicon together with the fact that 4WD (Auto or Full-Time) is no longer available for an exact replacement has made my decision very easy - BUT IT OUT!!!

Very true about "stuff" falling into the bass speaker. It happened to me once so I removed the "stuff" and covered the floor speaker with 2 layers of black ground cloth - Keeps out all the grit but does not interfere with the sound. Works perfectly!! - 2020 JL Rubicon - 2021 on Order with...
