Really like the painted badges. What was your technique (I assumed you pulled off badge to paint?). I really like the dash and was thinking of doing that myself (I have the same color Jeep but the JLU...just not sure if I trust myself to remove dash). How much MOPAR paint did you have you use...

Just curious if anyone is attending Ocean City, MD Jeep week August 22 - 25, 2019? I'm looking forward to going to my first Jeep event after owning my JL for about a year. I'm also looking forward to taking the Jeep out on the Beach Crawl from 30st to the Inlet.

I bought my Jeep because my other car is a Mustang and I wanted something I could drive in bad weather (i.e., snow) and keep straight on the road. The Jeep also can haul a whole lot more than my Mustang and the ability to take the top off is a plus (so I now have my sports car and a convertible).

Got some items coming from bartac for my Jeep. The bartac tactical front seat covers and sunvisor molle covers w/garage door opener cut out. Should be here friday.

I got my first oil change at 8,000 miles (and before the Jeep “told me” I needed one). Apparently I was also the first one to tell the dealership they used too much oil too (I.e., 6qts instead of 5qts per manual)
