The photos on their website show the mount on top of the hard top lip. Also, I sent them a message and they responded that is the correct way to install. Any problems with leaks or damage to the hard top from installing between the body and the hard top?

Now that topless season is upon us I have discovered that my AAL compressor remote has to be moved every time I want to put the top on/off. Not happy! Only get this if you don't ever plan on taking your top off.

That's awfully involved to remove everything on the side of the road and then have to reinstall. I'll keep looking for a more practical way to carry extra fuel/water.
