I'm looking for a picture of a Rock Krawler track bar taken from the driver side looking down the bar. My goal is to see how much the bar bends either up or forward from the frame side mount. Trying to order one soon but need the picture to confirm angle. Thanks all!
Anyone know what the difference is between the SK501-44 and the SK501-60 kits from PSC? I'm looking to install it on a 2018 JLUR with a 1 5/8 tie rod.
What I gather the kits are identical other than a mounting bracket and a 1.5 vs 1.625 tie rod clamp. I need the bigger clamp anyway and...
How far out are the tubes from the door panels? If you were on a flat road grinding your rails down a brick wall what should the gap between the brick wall and the door panel measure? Sorry for the crude example but seems like it would make my question easier to understand haha.
Really like the Rocker Knockers. How do they hold up? Any problem with all the small bolts on the plate? Also Looking at VKS Informants. How much clearance do they provide from the door panels out? Any Info would be great.
Like the clearance from the body on the EVOS but they changed design for JL. VKS Informant seem very similar. But the PS Rocker Knockers have a much more finished look. Any help would be great.
So that compact length should help stuff the tires/require less bumpstop when compressed. But to take full advantage of this fender rub would have to be eliminated. Right?
Just found the same thing! So that is 11.4 to 12.3 inches on the JL. They is still 2.7 inches shorter than MC. Are there a few brand anyone would recommend?
This is what I started to do and found that the falcons and rocksports both had about 12 inches of travel. So if I upgraded to the falcons I might be increasing the quality of my shock but wouldn't be increasing the travel distance at all.
The MC shocks have a travel distance of 15 inches...
JLUR on 37" 3.5" MC with the rocksport shocks. Want to upgrade shocks for rocks. Either Falcon 3.3 (adjustable is nice with reservoir) or 6 Pak (should be tuned to spring rates).
I know I'll get a better ride with the A/T Ridge Grapplers, but I'm worried off road will suffer vs the M/T Trail Grapplers.
I do plan on taking it on long road trips to go off-roading (or PNW to Moab).
Any experience here would help.
Are you running with a Spare on the back? if so, did you need the extension plate to move the spare out from the tale gate? The cost for these spare mounts is crazy. Im considering extending the bump stops and resting the spare on a modified hitch receiver.
