  1. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

Hello, please see post #1651 of this thread. I only made as many sets as supplies that I ordered when I made my jumpers, so I took the listing down. Is there anything else you’d like to see? It’s just two wires with the correct pins on each end to “jumper/patch” one harness to the other. I’ll PM...
  2. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

If anyone is interested, I am making a few proximity jumper sets with my left over supplies. You can find them on eBay or shoot me a PM here.
  3. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

That would be a good option - I did not do it because I had already bought the pins and made my jumper before realizing that the “dummy wires” (this term is how the Chrysler wiring diagrams describe them ) were there. Also I am not a solderer lol although I’m sure I could have figured it...
  4. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

Okay here is some info on the jumper required for us Sport owners, especially those of us who have mentioned that their XY315A connector already has wires running to pins 20, 21, 25 and 26 on the female side, even though they are missing the pins on male side. (see post #1518 of this thread)...
  5. Proximity door locks retrofit install (instructions, parts, links) on JL Wrangler

I just got done with this jumper process on my 2018 Sport S, the info is here in the thread but I’m going to post detailed instructions here with photos in the next couple days just to get the info all in one place so others don’t have to scour 110+ pages to find it.
  6. Knock in rear with Dana 44

I have rubicon take off BFGs, a 3.5” lift and 1.75” spacers and my dealer still replaced my axle assembly. I also tried removing my spacers and the clunk was quieter but I could still barely hear it. The spacers just make the noise more apparent, but the fault is still there. I put the spacers...
  7. Knock in rear with Dana 44

Update: They are indeed replacing the entire front AND rear axle assemblies. I have no idea why they are replacing the front, but I'm not complaining. The new rear axle is PN 68401151AD which is the revised part number - that is good.
  8. Knock in rear with Dana 44

Just adding in my experience: 2018 JLU Sport Dana 44 LSD, 37k miles (convenient, not that it matters since this is a powertrain issue). Rotational knocking from rear end at low speed during deceleration (best heard at 10-12 MPH). Here are some videos I took before taking it into the dealer...
