    Unlatch from windshield. Then push up on the header bar. That's where it was latched. Mine is a little stiff but goes up. It seems to stop almost at 90 degrees. Then I push from the side bars while outside the jeep. Again a little stiff but will move. Just watch the first time for pinch points...

    Update. I went down to my gas station and had them spread the pipe. They put the jeep on the lift and it took three tries to get the pipe to fit. Anyway it's on and looks good. Sounds pretty good but I haven't been able to get on it yet. We'll see.
