Update! Misfire is BACK! Again. After paying 600 bucks for new plugs as well. This time I pulled the code myself. @JeepCares?

Its possible they didn't change the plugs after the first head replacement?

Dealer contacted me today. spark Plugs were BLACK. Hopefully this fixes the concern with the rev/at high rpms.

How about 2nd gear at 30 mph with multiple misfires. @JeepCares FCA advised me to bring it to another dealer. Next up. Westbury Jeep NY.

Well the misfire is still happening from 3000-4000 rpm and they blatantly lied on my report. Done with this dealer. Case still open. I'm going to pull the code with my OBD reader and post it myself later.

Head was warped/bad gasket. (antifreeze was getting in oil) They replaced entire thing. No milling.

Coil/Plug would present a steady CEL though.

I have a open case with @JeepCares in regards to my 2018 JL VIN: 1C4GJXAG2JW289543. Around 3000-4000 rpm randomly Ill get a major misfire with a flashing CEL. Feels like it could be a fuel issue? Head was replaced last year around this time. Dealer said they weren't able to pull any code...

well took a full month finally got my jeep back today. at least he gave me a loaner. brand new upper cylinder head on the right side and a new head gasket

30000 miles on my 2018 JL. kept getting a misfire in cylinder 6. dealer just diagnosed and told me faulty head gasket.

6th gear is perfect for 60mph 7th for when ur cruising hwy around 70+ 8th for me is pretty much useless on 33s
