I started at the dashcam and worked backwards tucking the cable into the molding around the windshield. The end piece of the dash on the passenger side can be removed allowing the cable to be routed to the foot well area. I secured any extra cable and then it all gets covered by the carpet.
$30 for the Quadratec part and another 10 for the hardwire kit. Detailed instructions were provided and it only took about 20 minutes. Not difficult at all.
The 12v plug (white plug in photo) routes down to the passenger footwell. I then used a hardwire kit from the new plug up to the dashcam. Pricey solution for what it is, but I didn’t want to splice wires.
