Same here in NC. No windshield tint at all, and I couldn’t be below 35 on the fronts. Had to get them stripped off (JL is from PA) and replaced so I could pass my inspection. Yay.

Just the two at the top seemed ok, but I went ahead a pre drilled two pilot holes w a 3/16” bit w the license plate on as a guide. Now it’s on properly.

Same here in NC. There are so many I just throw the wave up as fast as I can and try not to miss any. JLs almost always wave back. Modded JKs wave. Stock JKs are about 40%. Ive noticed women in stock JKs are closer to 10% here. I can just see them going “do I know that guy?” instead of waving...

Hey R3, I ordered the JKU door sill guards. Tried install today and pretty sure the left rear driver is ruined. It may be salvageable. Put the rest on hold. Are the designed to protect the top of the door sills? I couldn’t get it to cooperate, nor could I find an install vid or much info...

This is happening to me as well. Manual trans. Trying to figure out cause. Feels really weird when it happens. Brief lack of power, then it catches and you’re fine again.

Not sure if it was really 100% necessary as I think the OP has a defective coating on their screen, but I just installed a screen protector after reading through this. 10 bucks for peace of mind I guess.
