  1. Soft Top window blowing out

@AndysJL thanks. Believe it or not, I didn't know this was a thing so thanks for making it easy!
  2. Soft Top window blowing out

@JeepCares how do we elevate our concerns with this issue beyond you helping any of us who has a claim?
  3. Soft Top window blowing out

@JeepCares I can't speak for Hellspawn, but I'm more interested in Jeep responding to this issue with a fix. It's not isolated to a few dummies who don't know how to install the windows. This is a design flaw. Jeep should work with the window manufacturer to make these panels more readily...
  4. Top feature you wish the JL(U) had but doesn't

I wish it had auto up windows, and that you could drop the windows with the remote like I can do with my Honda vehicles.
  5. Soft Top window blowing out

Not for mine. Empty cargo area and nothing against the tailgate.
  6. Soft Top window blowing out

Ours generally appear to be sucking in. My wife was driving when ours came loose, so I'm not sure.
  7. Soft Top window blowing out

We had this happen recently. Fortunately, no damage to the window as it never completely disengaged from the Jeep due to some dumb luck. Seems this is a significant issue. Has anyone heard of Jeep, Bestop or FCA addressing this as an issue that they intend to address?
  8. JL accessories to avoid at ALL costs (post your warnings here)

@Kraty1 I've got a 4 door. My concern has been that if the soft top interacts with the d bracket, over time it will cause a tear or some other damage.
  9. JL accessories to avoid at ALL costs (post your warnings here)

Maybe I'm just not giving it a chance. I don't have more pics because I've been stopped by the d brackets. The guys at GPCA recommended I use the swivel bracket originally intended for the front but I didn't give that a try because it seems like too much of a departure from the design. I'd love...
  10. JL accessories to avoid at ALL costs (post your warnings here)

Noone is gonna say GPCA Cargo Cover? Maybe I'm too dumb to make it work with the soft top still installed. It's a great product if you never want to put down your soft top without the d brackets rubbing the soft top frame.
  11. GPCA Cargo Cover and Rain

Do you guys have trouble with the soft top and frame contacting the D plate closest to the tailgate when the top is down? I installed my cover, but then took it off when I observed that contact. Figured it would damage the top over time. In other words, the material of the top (and the frame)...
