    I believe when you do that, you kill your defrosting ability. This is clearly a design flaw that Jeep needs to fix. We all must complain to FCA in order to get this issue resolved.

    Had the TSB done 2 months ago and within 2 weeks, same problem surfaced again. Dealer and FCA have no idea what is wrong. Everyone needs to contact FCA with this issue so a new TSB can be issued.

    Reported my AC issue to FCA...According to them, they have never heard of it and have nothing in their files.
